Three hours, one boat, sixteen women, the Geneva fountain over your shoulder. We sail out, we move on the deck, we drift, we eat. You return slightly sun-touched and a little softer. (And with a goodie bag.)

We motor out to the bay. Mats down, rings out, sun on the water.

60 min of mat Pilates & stretching, all levels. Soft, strong, steady.

Brunch & drift

Matcha, fruit, savoury bowls, a small surprise from the goodie bag. Talk, swim if you want, lie on the deck.
