We want you to love what we make. If something doesn't fit or feel right, you have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to send it back for a refund or exchange. This is a voluntary courtesy — Swiss law doesn't require it on apparel — and we'd rather have a happy customer than a forced sale.
What's eligible
- Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
- Original packaging where reasonable (we don't expect a perfectly folded mailer — just clean and re-sellable).
- Within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
What's not eligible
- Items marked final sale on the product page or at checkout.
- Underwear, swim, and intimates — for hygiene reasons.
- Used items, damaged through wear, or with the tag removed.
- Class tickets and event tickets — see terms.
How to return
- Email leila@s68pilates.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. Photos help if there's a defect.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and (where available) a prepaid label.
- Pack the item with the tag attached, drop it at your local Swiss Post / La Poste or carrier.
- Once we receive it and verify condition (1–3 business days), we refund to your original payment method. Refund typically lands within 5–10 banking days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping cost
- Switzerland: free returns — we cover the label.
- EU: customer covers return shipping. Defective or wrong-item returns are always paid by us.
- Outside CH/EU: customer covers return shipping; customs duties already paid are not refundable through us.
Exchanges
We can swap a size if the size you want is in stock at the time we receive your return. Email us first so we can hold a piece for you; otherwise we'll process a refund and you can re-order at your convenience.
Damaged or wrong items
If we sent you the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free return and ship the correct item or refund in full — your call.
Statutory rights
These return terms are in addition to — and don't limit — your statutory rights under Swiss law (Art. 197 ff. Code of Obligations) or, if you're an EU consumer, the rights guaranteed by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Questions on a specific return? Email Leila with your order number — she'll handle it personally.
