1. Scope
These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases of apparel, accessories, classes, and event tickets made through s68pilates.com between you (the "Customer") and the operator of S68 Club (the "Operator", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms. We may update them; the version in force is the version published on this page on the date of your order.
2. Operator
S68 Club is operated by Leila Baccino, sole proprietor, Geneva, Switzerland. Full operator details are in our imprint.
3. Products & prices
- Product photography, copy, and colour rendering are intended to be accurate but may differ slightly from the physical item due to screen and lighting variation.
- Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Customs duties on EU shipments are the responsibility of the Customer (see shipping policy).
- We reserve the right to correct evident pricing errors before the order is dispatched.
- Stock is limited; availability is shown on the product page in real time but is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
4. Placing an order
- You add items to your bag and proceed to checkout.
- You provide your shipping address, contact details, and payment method.
- You review the summary and confirm the order.
- We send you an order confirmation by email. The order is concluded only when we send the dispatch confirmation — until then, we may decline the order (e.g. stock no longer available, payment refused, suspected fraud).
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- TWINT
- PayPal
- Klarna (where shown at checkout)
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your full card number. The amount is charged at order placement; for pre-orders, at dispatch.
6. Shipping & delivery
See our shipping policy for regions, costs, and delivery times. Delivery dates are best estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
7. Returns & right of withdrawal
We voluntarily grant a 14-day right of return on unworn, unwashed, tagged apparel — going beyond Swiss statutory minimums. Full process and exclusions in our returns policy.
For class & event bookings: cancellation up to 6 hours before the class is free. Retreats and event tickets follow the cancellation terms shown on the event page (typically full refund up to 30 days before).
8. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of the Operator until full payment has been received (Art. 715 Swiss Civil Code).
9. Warranty & defects
Statutory warranty applies under Swiss law (Art. 197 ff. Code of Obligations). If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us at leila@s68pilates.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We'll arrange a free return and ship a replacement, or refund the order in full at our discretion.
Normal wear & tear, damage from misuse, or alteration of the item is not covered.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory Swiss law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data, or use.
Pilates classes, retreats, and events involve physical activity. By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate; consult a physician beforehand if in doubt. The Operator is not liable for personal injury except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Privacy
Personal data collected to fulfil orders and bookings is handled per our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in the Customer's country of residence.
For EU consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
