We ship from Geneva, Switzerland. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are usually packed the same afternoon; otherwise the next working day.

Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Most CH parcels can be tracked on post.ch; EU parcels via the carrier's portal linked in the email.
Customs & duties (EU and rest of world)
Switzerland is outside the EU customs union. EU and other international orders may attract import VAT and customs duties at delivery, payable to the carrier. These are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Approximate guidance:
- EU: ~21% import VAT on the order value, depending on your country.
- UK: 20% VAT on orders over £135; orders below £135 have VAT collected at checkout where required.
- USA / Canada / others: varies; carrier will contact you before delivery if charges apply.
Free-shipping threshold
Free CH/EU shipping kicks in automatically when your bag subtotal crosses the threshold above. The progress bar at the top of the cart shows how close you are.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. We can usually update an address if you contact us within an hour of ordering; afterwards the parcel is in the carrier's hands and corrections may cost extra.
Delays & lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 working days (CH) or 10 working days (EU), email leila@s68pilates.com with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier and either re-ship or refund.
Damaged on arrival
If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible; otherwise accept it and email us within 7 days with photos of the outer packaging and the items. We'll replace or refund — see returns policy.
